Chicken Cheese Pakora

Ingredients: Chicken (boneless, 200 gms), pepper powder (half teaspoon), salt (as per taste), dry chili powder (1 teaspoon), black pepper (2 tsp), ginger garlic paste (2 tsp), turmeric powder (1/4 tsp), pizza cheese (grated, 50 g), white oil (for frying).

Method: In a blender add chicken, salt, green chillies, dry chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste and chillies. Blend well to get smooth. Refrigerate for half an hour. Mix gram flour, salt, water, baking soda in a bowl. Whisk well so that there are no lumps. Remove the chicken mixture from the fridge. Brush oil in a large bowl and spread the mixture. Spread grated cheese on it. From there take a small piece and roll it into a small ball. Heat oil in a pan. Dip the chicken balls in gram flour and deep fry them until they turn red. Serve with chutney.


Chicken cutlets

Ingredients: Chickpeas (250 gms), soaked chickpea flour (4 small spoons), ginger flour (2 spoons), cumin flour (as expected) or cumin powder (2 spoons), green chillies chopped, coriander leaves chopped, salt, sugar, fried hot Spice powder (roasted nutmeg, jaitri, sa-jere, sa-pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, cumin etc. powdered), white oil (for frying), arrowroot, biscuit powder.

Salad Ingredients: Tomato, Cucumber, Carrot.

Method: Mash the chickpeas well and mix 4 teaspoons of chickpea flour in it. Coat the chicken well with 2 spoons of ginger paste, cumin powder, green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, (if you don't have coriander leaves, chopped parsley leaves), salt to taste, sugar, cashew nuts. Now mix all the fried spice powders, dip them in arrowroot in the form of cutlets, grease them with biscuit powder and fry them in white oil. Now serve the cutlet on a plate with salad.
