People flocked to pay their respects in the room where Atatürk spent his last moments in Dolmabahçe Palace in Istanbul amid extreme cold and rain.

Erdogan said in his speech that any attempt to undermine the unity and solidarity of this nation is tantamount to insulting Atatürk's legacy.

With that, he warned, 'Foreign forces want to create disunity in Turkey through terrorist groups. But we will destroy their nightmare'.
