Jumbangla Desk : Syedul Amin (24), the top terrorist of Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army (Arsa) has been arrested from Rohingya camp in Cox's Bazar.
He was arrested by APBN police on Monday (November 11) night. Detained Syedul Amin Ukhia is the son of deceased Yusuf Ali of Rohingya Camp-18 Block-L/18.
Confirming the matter, Acting Captain of 8 Armed Police Battalion (APBN) and Superintendent of Police Khandkar Fazle Rabbi told the media that around 10:00 PM on Monday night, there was a secret news that a group of Arsa terrorists were staying in M/17 Block of Rohingya Camp-18. On receiving such news, a special operation was conducted in the said block. When they sensed the presence of the police and tried to escape, we were able to arrest the top terrorist Syedul Amin and recovered from him a domestic short gun, a bag full of four rounds of bullets and two hand grenades in his pants pocket.
