They were arrested from Wari area of ​​the capital on Monday (November 11) around 6 pm.

In this incident, the alleged victim of the kidnapping drama Md. Mucha Shikder (28) and his associate Md. Parvez (20) have been taken into DB custody.

According to the sources of Detective Wari Department, Md. Mucha Shikder went missing from Chhantek area of ​​Jatrabari around 1:30 pm on October 23. His brother Mahabub Alam filed a General Diary (GD) at Jatrabari police station on October 26.

According to the DB source, Md. Mucha Shikder works in a shipping company in Narayanganj. He needs several lakhs of rupees to repay the loan. In order to collect the money from his father, he hides himself and arranges a kidnapping drama. Later he asked his father for money through his acquaintance Parvez and threatened to kill Mucha if he did not pay. At one stage, the Wari department of detectives revealed the real mystery of the incident with the help of information technology.

DB also said that legal action is under process in this incident.
