Jumbangla Desk: The police have arrested four people on the charge of fraud in the name of giving loans by spreading the slogan 'We will rescue the looted, we will take capital without interest' in the initiative of non-violent popular uprising in Bangladesh. The Gacha Thana Police showed the arrest after the arrest from Sharifpur Ashraf Market area on Friday.

It is known that the fraudsters encouraged those interested in taking loans to attend the conference at Shahbagh in Dhaka on November 25. They took 300 to 400 rupees from everyone for loan application and conference attendance. Tokens are given to borrowers and conference attendance. All token holders will be given the chief advisor Dr. Interest free loan from 3 lakh to 1 crore taka on behalf of Muhammad Yunus.
Shahidul Islam alias Madhu (55), son of Abdul Matin Bepari of Ojharpar in the city, is the coordinator in Gazipur district to get this interest-free loan. After arresting him based on the information given by him, Gacha Thana police arrested three more people involved.
They are Zafar (40) son of Abdul Halim of Pukibajit, Shibganj, Bogra, Alal (45), son of deceased Dulal Mia of Kulia village, Melandah police station, Jamalpur, Ramzan (40), son of deceased Kurban Ali of Sapkhali, Trishal, Mymensingh.
Locals first arrested them in Sharifpur Ashraf Market area on Friday evening. After reporting to Gacha police station, the police searched and seized the list of names of money takers and some ticket books and arrested them and took them into custody. They were handed over to the court with the case after Saturday afternoon based on the complaint of the victim Montu Mia around 1 pm.
In this regard, the central convener of the organization A-B-M Mustafa Amin said, I do not know about the withdrawal of money.
Ali Mohammad Rashed, OC of Gazipur Metropolitan Gacha Police Station, said that the accused have been arrested and sent to court after receiving the complaint.
