On the other hand, as most of the demands of the non-cadre officers and employees have not yet been met, including the change in designation, there is some kind of grief among them.

In spite of all these works, several works in the administration are still unfinished, about which there is heartache among the cadre and non-cadre officers and employees. In particular, the age limit for entry into government service has been increased but the retirement limit has not been increased. There is anger among the officers and employees of all grades regarding this matter. Besides, they are angry that various demands including reservation of posts of non-cadre officers and employees have not been fulfilled. They say that with the change of government, even though the cadre officers have been promoted, they are still the same. Their salaries are not increasing, nor are they getting the benefit of changing their rank and title. Employee leaders claim that it is important to address these issues.
