Those who were arrested in the case of crimes against humanity and brought to the International Criminal Tribunal, they are - former prime minister's advisor Salman F Rahman, former navy minister Shajahan Khan, former law minister Anisul Haque, Farooq Khan, Dr. Dipu Moni, Rashed Khan Menon, Hasanul Haque Inu, Junaid Ahmed Palak, Tawfiq-e-Ilahi Chowdhury, Kamal Ahmed Majumder, Golam Dastgir Gazi, retired Appellate Division Justice Shamsuddin Chowdhury Manik and former Home Secretary Jahangir Alam. All of them have been arrested in various cases and are in jail.
Before this, on October 17, the International Criminal Tribunal's judicial proceedings began by issuing arrest warrants against Sheikh Hasina and 46 people on charges of crimes against humanity.
The International Criminal Tribunal has issued arrest warrants against dictator Sheikh Hasina, former Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader and 46 people on charges of genocide in the context of two separate applications regarding the hearing.
