The students left the roads and railways after a 5-hour long blockade demanding the conversion of the government Titumir College into a university.

According to the announcement, the students left the road around 4 pm on Monday and started returning to the college.
Earlier, around 11 o'clock, a procession from the college passed through Amtali and took a stand on the railway gate and nearby roads. They also threw bricks and stones to stop the two trains. Several people including women and children were injured. Still they continued the program.
