At that time, Tariq Rahman said that in the future, if BNP goes to government with public support, state institutions will be named after them in some place to preserve the memory of every martyr. We have plans to name roads or other structures in cities or villages.

At the same time, provision will be made for those who have been crippled with rehabilitation of the martyrs' families by the state so that they can do something on their own and not be a burden to others. BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi Ahmed and Finance Secretary M Rashiduzzaman Millat spoke as special guests at the event under the chairmanship of Atiqur Rahman Rumon, convener of BNP family.

Tariq Rahman said that many leaders and workers of BNP have sacrificed their lives for bringing back people's rights for more than a century. BNP leaders and workers also gave their lives in July-August. In the future, if BNP can form a government with public support, places or institutions will be named after the martyrs in various places.
