According to the police, a Sramik League leader named Akbar Hossain Mridha, who is accused in several cases in connection with the killing of students, was arrested in the Shimultala area of ​​Ashulia on Saturday night based on secret information.

Ashulia Police Station Sub-Inspector (SI) Masood Al Mamun said that the accused Sramik League leader was absconding since the case was registered. He was arrested in a tip-off operation. He will be sent to court after legal proceedings on Sunday morning.
