He died in a private hospital in Chittagong on Saturday (November 23) due to heart attack. With the news of the teacher's death spreading, the social media Facebook is flooded with grief and anger. Many are reacting angrily to such brutal death.

A former student of Hajera Tju Degree College named Shahriar Hasan wrote on Facebook, 'We are ashamed as students. I could not imagine that you would end up like this. Sir could not accept the insult. In the end, he went to the land of no return.'

Another student named Salim Rana wrote, 'Sir used to present complex chemistry very easily to the students. This is why I have studied with Sir. Saddened by the death of Sir.'

In the meantime, a video circulating on the social media Facebook after Saturday afternoon showed the body of former vice-principal SM Ayub being taken out of the hospital on a stretcher. Relatives, colleagues and students are screaming around. Someone is crying.

After his death, the issue of forced resignation started again. Many students are blaming forced resignations for his death. They claimed he was under 'mental stress' since his resignation.

It is known that a group of students of the college protested on September 23 and 24 for four-point demands including reduction of salary and issuance of ID card. He was forced to sign a resignation letter on September 24.

. On that day, the principal of the college, Chayan Das, was also beaten up and fell unconscious. Later, it came to the news that he was forced to sign the dismissal orders of three other teachers.

Teacher Ayub's nephew Tipu told reporters that since the forced resignation incident, uncle has not gone to college. He was under stress since that day's incident.

He said that his uncle suddenly felt sick around 8:30 am on Saturday, and later he was admitted to a private hospital in the city. He died there around 11:30.

Meanwhile, many former and current students of the college have expressed their anger after hearing the news of the vice-chancellor's death. They allege that he was under 'mental stress' since signing the resignation letter under duress.

Chayan Das, the principal of the college, told the media that the vice-principal SM Ayub sent a letter of resignation to the president of the management committee of the college by post on November 18 citing personal reasons. He had no disease.

The principal also said that he did not participate in the class activities of the college after the incident of forced resignation.
