Professor Mamun said, you will not find a country in the world that has any educational institution where Honors Masters is taught, where higher secondary is also taught. This lawlessness must be stopped immediately. Higher Secondary is one of the most important sections of education. Where there is an Honors Master's, the importance of the Higher Secondary is reduced if there is a Higher Secondary. We should extend school education up to grade 12 as it does all over the world. As soon as possible all government high schools in Bangladesh should be upgraded to class XII and BCS education cadres should be appointed in these schools. You will see that the quality of our school education will increase a lot in one leap. In those colleges which have Honors Masters, only the Honors degree should be introduced by excluding the Masters and the teacher recruitment and promotion policy should be made like that of the university. Simultaneously introducing 2 or 3 year degree pass courses in these colleges.
