If the country is unstable, we can understand who will gain and who will lose. As a result, it can be generally assumed that a group of peace-loving people are engaged in destabilizing Bangladesh in the hope of profit; But if they were true patriots, they would not think of peace as an alternative if they had a love for the country. Bangladesh is a country of communal recent, there is no way to spread the seeds of communal unrest in this country.

We all know the ongoing problem. Sammilit Sanatani Jagran Jot spokesperson Chinmoy Krishna Das was arrested on November 25 by the Intelligence Branch (DB) of the police. On the news of the arrest, a group of his followers tried to protest in front of the DB office in the capital. Earlier on October 31, a case of sedition was filed against 19 people including Chinmoy Krishna Das at Kotwali police station in Chittagong. Police told the media that he was arrested in that case. There have been various conspiracies about his arrest and bail.

After the arrest of Chinmoy Krishna Das, there were protests and clashes in Chittagong around the bail application. A lawyer was killed and at least 20 people were injured. Police fired tearshells and sound grenades and lathi-charged to bring the situation under control. On November 26, the court rejected Chinmoy Krishna Das's bail application and ordered him to be sent to jail.

India expressed concern over the arrest of Chinmay Krishna Das. Protests also took place in Kolkata against the arrest. The International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISCON) issued a statement seeking India's intervention regarding the detention of Chinmoy Krishna Das. Calling him an 'important leader of ISKCON in Bangladesh', it called for his immediate release. However, before that, in a press conference on November 8, the organization informed that Chinmay Krishna Das was exempted from all activities of ISKCON.

Chinmoy Krishna Das was taken to Chittagong after his arrest from Dhaka on November 25 in a sedition case. His bail hearing was scheduled for noon on Tuesday, November 26 in the Metropolitan Court. Since morning, hundreds of Hindus gathered in the court premises and started protesting. Besides, a large number of law enforcement personnel were deployed in the court area. Agitators surrounded the prison van carrying Chinmoy Krishna Das on the court premises after his bail plea was rejected and he was sent to jail.

At one stage the supporters marched and chanted slogans. At that time, the surrounding area including the court turned into a battlefield. Various shops and establishments were vandalized. At that time young lawyer Saiful Islam Alif lost his life in a brutal attack by the followers of Chinmoy Krishna Das. After this murder, the situation in the country has become heated. In such a situation there is also a fear of communal unrest.

But no, those who want peace in the country, will never provoke any untoward situation. The hope is that the country's intellectuals and scholars are asking all parties to remain calm in the ongoing situation, we want peace and stability in the society. No communal incitement is wanted. Want to deal with conspiracies through harmony. Because no one can catch fish in muddy water.
