He made this comment in response to a question from the journalists after the discussion meeting with the administrative and departmental officials of the district on the overall law and order situation at the Sylhet Circuit House on Tuesday (November 26) evening.
 
He said, behind these activities of ISKCON, there may be fuel from outside the country. Also there are various parties within the country, they may also have fuel. Even those that have been banded may still have some fuel. But action will be taken if any fuel is found.
 
Regarding the clash of students in Dhaka, the Home Secretary said that the situation has been discussed with the students of various colleges. A fruitful solution has been reached. Students are our brothers, sons and relatives. Don't be too hard on them. They have to be convinced. They are very intelligent, that's why they understand today and solve the issue within themselves.
 
 
Referring to the vindictive case after August 5, he said, it is absolutely true. There have been many false cases. Many have earned money with fake cases. But measures are being taken to ensure that innocent people are not harassed in fake cases.
 
Stating that the law and order situation has improved, the Home Affairs Adviser said that the situation in the country is much better now than on 6, 7 and 8 August. But not everything will improve at once. There is scope for further improvement. Everyone should cooperate for this.
 
 
 
Regarding the formation of community policing, he said that community policing will be formed in Dhaka with volunteer students, retired army and policemen. This process is ongoing. First will be in Dhaka. Then community policing will be formed in other divisional cities.
