Sabudana Salty Pie
Ingredients: Sabudana 100 grams, grated potatoes, two spoons of almond powder, chopped green chillies, chopped ginger, crushed coriander leaves, whole cumin seeds, salt to taste.

Method: Half a cup of small grain soap should be taken by reducing the gas flame and dry roasting the sabudana. Then cool the soap and make powder. Now mix 1 cup of water in powdered soap.


Now mix well with previously grated potatoes, green chillies, chopped ginger, coriander leaves, almond powder, cumin seeds and salt.

Then put ghee in a frying pan and press the sabudana paste to form a round shape. After 4 minutes of one side, take it upside down. Fry again with a little oil.
