Jamaat secretary acquitted in ACC case

Dhaka Metropolitan Senior Special Judge on Wednesday. Zakir Hossain's court gave this order.

His lawyer Dhaka Bar Ad Hoc Committee Senior Vice President Advocate Abdur Razzak confirmed the matter.

It is known that the then Deputy Director of ACC filed a case at Ramna Police Station on April 12, 2017, alleging that Tk. Farid Ahmed Patwari.

 

At the end of the investigation, on September 3 this year, the ACC submitted the final report to the court as the charges against him were not proved. Taking into account the final report given by the ACC on this day, the judge released him from the responsibility of the case.
