The PTI protest in Pakistan's capital was organized to demand the release of Imran Khan.
The Daily Guardian and the Republic reported that the protest ended in a police operation. PTI then organized a press conference. In which party's top leader and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur was also present.
But Bushra Bibi's absence there raises doubts. Questions arose on social media about this.
PTI leader Maryam Wattu alleged that Bushra Bibi was kidnapped. However, other party leaders have not confirmed this claim.
News of attendance at Mansehra
Meanwhile, reports emerged that Gandapur evaded the government raid and was later spotted with Bushra Bibi in KP's PTI-influenced Mansehra.
PTI demands an end to protests and casualties in violent operations
The PTI announced the end of its protest after security forces raided Islamabad at midnight on Wednesday. At least four people were killed and more than 50 injured in this operation.
The PTI claimed that the casualty number was higher and hundreds of supporters were killed in clashes with security forces.
Violence in the 'Red Zone'
On that day, protesters broke through the barricades of the high security area of the 'Red Zone' of Islamabad. Security forces fired tear gas and fired to disperse them. As a result, four security personnel and two PTI supporters were killed.
Meanwhile, even though there is no official statement from the government and PTI regarding the disappearance of Bushra Bibi, the situation there is still heated. Sources: The Daily Guardian and The Republic
