Bollywood actress Mallika Sherawat was slated to play Ishaan Khattar's mother in Netflix's new web series 'The Royals'. But suddenly he refused. What is the reason for not acting in such a role? Is it age appropriate or something else?

According to Anandabazar reports, Mallika in an interview said that the reason was that the character I was told about and the script that was given to me was completely different. He said, I felt I was cheated. That's why I'm so disappointed. I never wanted to play this role. So I agreed.

Mallika said, 'I want to work with Mahesh Bhatt again. Met him in Mumbai a few days ago. A movie script has been discussed, but nothing has been finalized yet.

Regarding age, the actress said, I want to meet new faces who agree to undergo plastic surgery to get the so-called stardom, after 20 years. I can claim that after 20 years I will be exactly the same, with the same beauty.
