Jitendra Nath, assistant officer of Panchagarh's first class Tentulia meteorological observatory, said that the temperature was recorded at 10.4 degrees Celsius at 6 am on Saturday. The temperature was recorded at 11.4 degrees Celsius at 6 am on Friday. It gets very cold here during Paush and Magha months. The temperature drops a lot. Now the temperature will continue to drop as the day goes on.

Local residents said that the condition of freezing in the cold was felt before Paush month. But after 10 am the temperature started to rise. Although it is quite hot during the day, it starts getting cold in the evening when the cold wind blows from the north again. Winter clothes had to be taken out. As the night progresses, so does the winter.

Meanwhile, as the sky is clear, Kanchenjunga, the third mountain in the world and second in the Himalayas, is clearly visible. Hundreds of tourists gathered early in the morning to see Kanchenjunga. They are also enjoying the winter.

Several tourists have said that they are enjoying Kanchenjunga very much. Snowy mountains on the one hand, at the same time winter has become both enjoyable. As this district in the north is surrounded by Himalayas-Kanchenjunga, winter is here first.
