Answer: There are two types of practices of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and the Sahabah (may Allah be pleased with him) regarding whether or not to offer Sunnah prayers while travelling. In some narrations there is mention of reading Sunnat. In some narrations, it is also said not to read the Sunnah.

However, it is related to the Fajr Sunnah that the Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, never left it in any condition, whether he was healthy or sick, whether he was a traveler or a resident. (Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah- 3950)

Therefore, Fajr Sunnah should be performed with importance. As for other Sunnahs, the ruling is that the Sunnah should not be recited during the rush and busyness of the journey.

And if there is no rush and busyness on the journey and there is time to read the Sunnah, then if possible, read it. And it is better to read the Sunnah if it is safe and normal at the destination. In this case, the circumcision will not leave.
