The Bangladesh Administrative Service Association said in a statement that some officials were involved in various misdeeds including extensive party politicization of the administration as allies of the previous dictatorship and fascist government. They forgot the professionalism of the bureaucracy as a whole and united with the politicians of the time to build a paradise of wealth through massive corruption. There is no opportunity to show mercy in favor of these criminals who destroyed the country.

Saturday (November 30) the president of the organization. Md. This was said in a statement signed by Anwar Ullah and Secretary General Muhammad Mahbubur Rahman.

The statement said that the journey of the interim government began after the fall of the fascist and dictator Hasina government in the students' movement. Since then, the Interim Government has made continuous efforts to bring cases against Awami politicians and other self-interested and corrupt officials through reasonable legal process and bring them to justice including their arrest by the law enforcement agencies. These officers were involved in various misdeeds including party politicization of the administration as allies of the previous dictatorship and fascist government. They forgot the professionalism of the bureaucracy as a whole and united with the politicians of the time to build a paradise of wealth through massive corruption. It questioned the entire administrative system of the country by indulging in apolitical politics while gaining power and financial gain under the guise of bureaucracy. From being close to the then rulers, these bureaucrats not only created a wealth of wealth, but by creating a self-interested, corrupt and servile bureaucratic group from within the administration, they tarnished the efficient, impartial and people-friendly bureaucracy in the entire administration. The Bangladesh Administrative Service Association applauds and deems it expedient to take such fair and legal action against the bureaucrats of all classes and occupations involved in these identified misdeeds by the current interim government to prosecute them for their crimes.

It is also said that not only the bureaucrats of the administration cadre involved in various misdeeds including the beneficiaries of the fascist government, but also all the law enforcement agencies, political organizations including law and judiciary departments and people of all classes and professions should support every activity to bring the officials involved in specific crimes of all levels to justice. We think it should. Because the main goal of the current interim government is to 'suppress evil and observe discipline'. At the same time, we also think that this government is determined to establish the rule of law in all areas where everyone is equal in the eyes of the law. Bangladesh Administrative Service Association expects that the law enforcement agencies and the relevant authorities of the law and judiciary will not hesitate to take necessary legal action against whoever is the culprit.

According to the statement, the association believes that after the fall of the previous fascist government in the movement of the students, the supporters of the dictatorship are continuing their efforts to undermine the interim government that took charge of the country and to degrade the country's administration and legal order and completely disrupt the economy. The association never supports this attempt to endanger public life and the Bangladesh Administrative Service Association is committed to playing a positive role in solidarity with the commitment and commitment taken by the interim government to build a non-discrimination and current deprivation-free country in this new Bangladesh achieved through the sacrifice of thousands of martyrs. Bangladesh Administrative Service Association feels that this sincere effort must have the full support of all concerned and above all the people of the country.
