A passenger bus overturned and fell into the canal at Bansree in the capital. On receiving the information, a unit of the fire service reached the spot and started the rescue operation. Casualties are feared in the accident.

The accident happened around 5:42 pm on Saturday. Rozina Akhtar, duty officer of the fire service control room, confirmed the matter to Yugantar.

According to the fire service, a bus of Alif Paribahan overturned and fell into the canal in the Meradia area of ​​Bansri at around 5:42 pm on Saturday. The police informed us to rescue the bus from the canal. A unit of the fire service is conducting the rescue operation.
