1. Eat fish with marine oil regularly. They are rich in essential fatty acids, especially omega-3. These fatty acids play an important role in the health of skin, hair and nails.

2. Include eggs in your daily diet. Eggs are rich in zinc, protein and biotin. Biotin is a B-vitamin that is important for hair. Biotin deficiency can increase hair loss. Foods rich in zinc and biotin like eggs are very effective in hair care.

3. Vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid are important for hair. They will be found in abundance in spinach. Spinach and other dark leafy green vegetables contain a variety of vitamins and minerals, including zinc. Apart from promoting hair growth, they will keep you healthy.
