Dhaka University once again shook with the slogan of 'Razakar'

Jumbangla Desk: Some coordinators of the anti-discrimination student movement accused the students of distorting the slogans 'Tumi ke, ami ke, Razakar Razakar', 'Who said, who said, tyranny, tyranny'.
On the occasion of the two month anniversary of the slogan, ordinary students took out a procession from Hallpara of Dhaka University at 10 pm on Sunday (September 15).
The procession passed through various streets of the university campus and gathered at the foot of TSC's anti-terrorist Raju sculpture. Later a short rally was held there.
In the procession, the students raised slogans like 'Tumi Ke Ami Ke, Razakar Razakar', 'Who Said Who Said, Dictatorship Is Dictatorship', 'Distortion Will Not Work, People Are Witnesses', 'I Wanted Rights, I Had Done Razakar', 'Direct Action Against Dictatorship' etc. stay
During the quota reform movement, Sheikh Hasina said in response to a journalist's question on July 14, 'Why is there so much anger against the liberation war and freedom fighters? The grandchildren of the freedom fighters will not get jobs, so will the grandchildren of Razakar get them?'
On the night of these comments, the students of Dhaka University first gathered inside the hall and started showing slogans and protests. Later, from 11 pm to 1 am, processions from various halls gathered in front of the Raju sculpture of the university. Then it spread like wildfire across the country.
Recently, the coordinators of the anti-discrimination student movement started promoting the main slogan of July 14, 'Ke Razakar Ke Razakar, Tui Razakar Tui Razakar' on Facebook. The students protested against it.
Speakers at the rally said, 'This revolution is not a coordinator, not a mastermind. Not of Jamaat-Shibir, BNP or Chhatra Dal. This revolution - of students, Jatrabari, Rampura, Uttara and the whole of Bangladesh.
Mosaddek Ibn Ali, co-coordinator of anti-discrimination movement and a student of Bengali department of the university, said, 'Within two months of the coup, a group of miscreants are starting to distort history. They want to erase the memory of the uprising founded on the blood of thousands of martyrs. Admired - Abu Saeed's comrades will not allow this plot to be implemented.
