Jumbangla Desk: When the Earth comes between the Sun and the Moon, the shadow of the Earth falls on the Moon and the situation is called lunar eclipse. Next Wednesday (September 18) there will be a partial lunar eclipse. But it cannot be seen from Bangladesh.

This information was informed in a press release from Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Sunday (September 15).


It has been said that the lunar eclipse will begin at 6:39 am Bangladesh time on Wednesday. The eclipse will reach its peak at 8:44 am. Acceptance will end at 10:49 am.

Although the eclipse will not be visible from Bangladesh, it will be partially visible from Antarctica, Western Indian Ocean, Africa, Europe, Atlantic Ocean and Polynesia region.

 


Before this, the first lunar eclipse took place on March 25 this year from 10:23 am to 3:00 pm. It can be seen from the western hemisphere of the world. Also seen from many parts of Europe, Australia, North America, South America, Africa, Pacific Arctic and Antarctica. However, this lunar eclipse was not seen from Bangladesh.
