He said that in the anti-discrimination student movement, Deputy Inspector of Rajarbagh Police Lines. Former OC Jatrabari police station Abul Hasan is the accused in the case of shooting death of Moynal Hossain Bhuiya's son Imam Hasan Taim. After confirming his location in Teknaf, Abul Hasan was arrested and brought to the custody of the district police. The matter has been reported to the concerned police station in Dhaka. A police team is coming to Cox's Bazar from there. They will take Abul Hasan to Dhaka.

Taim's mother, Mosa, was killed on August 20. Parveen Akhtar filed this case against 5 people including Deputy Commissioner of Police (DC) of Wari Division Mohammad Iqbal Hossain. Among the other accused in the case, Police ADC Shakeel Mohammad Shamim and AC Tanzil Ahmed have been made accused.

It was alleged in the case that the government imposed a curfew during the anti-discrimination movement on July 20. Curfew was relaxed from 12 noon to 2 am that day. At that time, Taim went to Kajala area of ​​Jatrabari with his two friends to have tea. Anti-discrimination activists were protesting at that time. Then on the orders of DC Iqbal Hossain, Shamim and Tanzil Ahmed, Zakir Hossain and his companions fired tearshells, sound grenades, rubber bullets and bullets at the protestors.

The complaint also said that the agitators started running around in fear of their lives. Taim and his two friends enter the Liton tea store and pull the shutters of the store. Taim died there without treatment.
