Fake DO letter in the name of Mirza Fakhrul

Jumbangla Desk: It is known that fake DO letters are being prepared and given to various ministries in the name of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir.

On Tuesday (September 17), BNP Deputy Secretary Ad. Md. The information was confirmed in a press release signed by Taiful Islam Tipu.

The notification said, "We have come to know with great concern that fake DO letters in the name of BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir are being prepared and issued to various ministries - which are completely false, fabricated and mala fide."

It further said that all concerned are requested to refrain from such activities. All those concerned in the ministries where such DO letters are found are requested to investigate and take action.

It is to be noted that earlier on September 13, BNP senior joint secretary general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi alleged in a statement that a press release on BNP's pad was posted on social media Facebook.

In the statement, he said, 'I am the Senior Joint Secretary General of BNP, Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, to inform the leaders and workers at all levels of the party, that some self-interested cabal has forged my signature and posted a press release on Facebook. The press release posted on Facebook is completely false, fabricated and malicious.'

In the statement, he further said, 'The said press release was not sent to the media from the BNP office under my signature. It is completely fabricated and fake. Party leaders and activists at all levels are requested not to be confused about the fake press release circulated on social media Facebook by forging my signature.
