Jumbangla Desk: The interim government is working to establish a democratic government. However, the beneficiaries of the previous mafia government continue to try to challenge this government. If this government fails, it will be the failure of all. Therefore, the interim government cannot be allowed to fail in any way. BNP Acting Chairman Tarek Rahman made such a comment.

He said this while joining the BNP rally organized on the occasion of International Democracy Day on Tuesday (September 17).

Tariq Rahman said, the government formed through popular uprising must be the people's government. So people are supporting this government. However, at some point the accountability of the interim government is ensured through the elected parliament. Therefore, the main goal of this government should be to establish an elected parliament and government.

He also said, "Mafia rule was introduced in Bangladesh last 15 years." This cycle made the country fragile. made the country a dependent state. Money laundered and bankrupted the banks. Besides, socio-economics have also destroyed cultural and political norms.

Regarding new political parties, he said, if anyone thinks that Bangladesh needs more new political parties, there is nothing wrong in that. Because the people will ultimately decide who they will support. So BNP has repeatedly emphasized the right of people to vote.

People of all classes and professions of Bangladesh have shown that they are not willing to accept dictatorship. People who died in this struggle will remember forever. Tariq Rahman also commented that the state must fulfill its proper responsibility towards each of their families.
