The notable accused in this case are Obaidul Quader, Abdullah Al Mamun, Haroon Or Rashid, Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal, Biplab Kumar, Habibur Rahman and Mainul Hossain Khan Nikhil.

According to the complaint of the case, Rakibul Islam was shot dead in the area of ​​Mirpur-10 roundabout on July 19 at 9 pm. Later, when he was taken to a local hospital, the doctor on duty declared him dead.

Meanwhile, deliveryman Shimul Ahmed himself filed a case against former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and 163 people on the charge of attempted murder. Other notable accused in this case are Obaidul Quader, Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal, Mainul Hossain Khan Nikhil, Kamal Ahmed Majumdar and Gazi Mezbaul Hossain Bachchu.

In the complaint of this case, it is said that the victim Shimul Ahmed is an employee of a private company. On July 19, at 10:30 a.m., he joined the movement with liberation students in the area under Mirpur police station.

Later, around 5:30 pm, he was shot in the upper part of the right leg by shell fire. He was crippled by it.
Shaon murder: A case has been registered against 31 people including Sheikh Hasina for the shooting death of Shaon Talukdar. Dhaka's Metropolitan Magistrate Shaheen Reza, the neighbor uncle of the deceased. Wasi Uddin sued as plaintiff. The court recorded the statement of the plaintiff and directed the Jatrabari police to take the complaint as evidence.

The other accused in this case are Obaidul Quader and Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal. According to the complaint of the case, Shaon Talukder was shot dead by the police in Jatrabari police station area around 12 noon on August 5. He died on the spot. He was later buried on August 7.

Killing of Vanchalk Ripon: A case has been filed against 163 people including former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for killing Vanchalk Ripon by shooting. Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate on Wednesday. Achma Begum Sufia, the mother of the victim, filed the case as the plaintiff in Mehdi Hasan's court. The court recorded the statement of the plaintiff and directed the Bangshal police to take the complaint as a statement.

The notable accused in this case are Obaidul Quader, Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal, Hasan Mahmud, Abdullah Al Mamun and Kazi Najibullah Hiru.

According to the complaint of the case, on August 6, Ripon was returning home after the treatment of his mother's illness, police and Awami League activists attacked the student crowd. Before he could understand anything, Jubo League, Chhatra League and Awami League as well as the accused started beating him with sticks and country in front of the police. The victim falls to the ground. When he got up and ran, the general secretary of the Chhatra League of the local Banshal police station, Azhar Uddin, insulted him and said, 'Are you coming to protest? I am making a movement. At that time, on the instructions of Awami League president of Banshal police station Golam Mustafa, general secretary of Chhatra League Azahar Uddin shot Ripon with illegal firearms with the help of other accused. He was admitted to Dhaka Medical College in bloody condition. Later, when his physical condition deteriorated, he was admitted to the National Heart Institute and Hospital for better treatment. Ripon later died on the night of August 7 while undergoing treatment.
