'15 September night. Vijay Express train was going to Chittagong via Mymensingh. The TT in charge was checking the tickets in the moving train. At one point a few passengers were found traveling without tickets. He wants to know why there is no ticket at this time. There was a discussion with the passengers about this. At one point they introduced themselves as students. Then TT Anisul Islam said to them, you are good students, but where are your tickets? Not ticketing is a crime. You pay the ticket and then know your destination. Later they got down at Comilla station by taking running tickets. But they threatened to take a look at the time of going down. The next day Monday (September 16) around 10:30 PM when the Vijay Express train reached Comilla, 25/30 young passengers blocked the train and threw everyone out of the signal room of the station.

Divisional Transport Officer of Bangladesh Railway Chittagong Mohammad Anisur Rahman said, when the driver of Vijay Express train informed about the incident (Divisional Transport Officer), he immediately called Comilla Deputy Commissioner and gave details. After learning about the matter, he sent army and police personnel to the spot and normalized the train movement at around 12 midnight.

Earlier last Thursday (September 12) the same incident also happened in Cox's Bazar Express train to Dhaka. The driver of the train was forced to stop the train about six kilometers away due to the chaos of the youth. However, a senior law enforcement officer who was a passenger in the train brought the situation under control.

According to the details of the incident, 20-25 youths wanted to come from Cox's Bazar to Chittagong by train without buying tickets. The railway workers prevented it. The argument started with this. At one point, all but three boarded the train, ignoring the obstruction of the railway workers. In this situation, when the train left, the youth started rioting inside the train. They also asked to bring the train back and take the other three. If they did not listen to them, the railway workers on duty inside the train were assaulted.

Describing the situation, the railway chief transport officer of the eastern section of the railway said. Shahidul Islam said, if such incidents happen one after another, there is a possibility of a major accident on the railways at any time.

The railway official sought the cooperation of appropriate authorities to solve such a situation.
