Districts of the country over which heat waves may flow

Jumbangla Desk: The Meteorological Department has said that the heat wave may flow over three divisions and districts of the country. The Meteorological Office has given this information in the next 24-hour forecast from 6 pm on Wednesday (September 18).

It said that a mild heat wave is flowing over Tangail, Kishoreganj and Naogaon districts along with Rangpur, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions and it may continue.

Day temperatures may drop slightly in southern parts of the country and remain almost unchanged in northern parts. The night temperature may rise slightly in Sar country.

Many places in Barisal, Chittagong and Sylhet divisions; Some places of Mymensingh, Dhaka and Khulna divisions and one or two places of Rajshahi and Rangpur divisions may experience light to moderate rain with gusty winds or thundershowers. Also, there may be moderate to heavy rainfall in some parts of the country.
