At the end of the second day, the Tiger pacer came to the press conference. Such failure in batting is burning Taskin Ahmed. According to him, even if the pacers got the advantage, the Bangladesh batters had the chance to do better.

Said, 'The pacers were getting advantage on the wicket. Still there was room for improvement with the bat. We are definitely disappointed with the batting. Could have done better.'

Bangladesh lost quick wickets at the beginning of the innings. Taskin also thinks so. Said, 'They (Indian bowlers) were more consistent in terms of line-length. I made some mistakes as a newbie. In these conditions, the first 10-12 overs are very challenging. We also lost more wickets which made batting difficult.'

The Tiger star praised the bowlers despite expressing disappointment with the performance of the batsmen. Said, 'Yesterday also we started well. Ashwin and Jadeja played well, but we did not bowl well. Had a good session this morning too. I took their remaining 4 wickets for 37 runs. All in all bowled well, but could have done better. There were more wicket assists yesterday than today. Bowled well, but very disappointed with the batting.'
