This information has been given in a forecast for the inland river ports of the country from 8:00 pm on Friday (20 September) to 9:00 am on Saturday (21 September).

Meteorologist Md. According to the notification signed by Omar, there may be rain or thundershower over Khulna, Barisal, Patuakhali, Noakhali, Chittagong and Cox's Bazar regions from south or southeast direction at a speed of 45 to 60 km per hour. With it, gusty or stormy wind may blow temporarily.


The seaports in these areas have been asked to show warning signal number 1.

In the next 24 hours from 9 am on Friday (September 20), some places of Khulna, Barisal and Chittagong divisions and one or two places of Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions may experience light to moderate rain with gusty winds or rain with thunder. With that, there may be moderate heavy rainfall in some parts of the country.

Besides Rangamati, Feni and Brahmanbaria districts along with Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Khulna, Barisal and Sylhet divisions, mild heat wave is flowing and it may continue. Day and night temperatures may remain almost unchanged across the country.
