Childless parents were seen in front of Bagerhat Press Club on Thursday (September 19) at noon. The elder sister of the missing person was Tuli Khatun and her baby.

Missing Mim Akhter Julie Bagerhat is the daughter of Sheikh Santtar of Dakshin Saira village of Shat Gambooj Union of Sadar Upazila. Five years ago, the family of Ashulia police station of Dhaka district, Jamgara area. She got married to Monir Hossain. After marriage, she lived with her husband in Jamgra area.

It is known that the husband md. Mim Akhter Juli lived with Monir Hossain in Jamgra, Ashulia, Dhaka. On July 21, at 8 am, she left the house with her two-year-old son Omar Farooq after quarreling with her husband. Since then he has not been found.

Farzana Khatun, the elder sister of the missing person, filed a General Diary (GD) at the Ashulia police station on September 28, after much searching. An application was also made to the company of RAB-4. The parents and sister of Mim Akhtar and her baby son, who have been missing for two months, have taken to the streets.


Sheikh Sattar, the father of the missing said, we have found them in many places. But I did not find the girl. Husband md. Monir Hossain also found with us. We went to various offices including police station, RAB. No one cooperates with us. I want my daughter back.

Hena Begum, mother of missing Mim Akhtar Julie, said, "When I remember my grandson, my throat dries up." What happened to my daughter with that child. When we go to the police station, they do not give us any good answer. Who do we go to?

Missing husband. Monir Hossain said, I searched a lot but I did not find my wife and children. I want my wife and child back.

Tuli Khatun, sister of the missing person, said that after the 21st, they called us with several numbers (01309-907957, 01944-663236, 01302-390062, 01940-394133, 01943-327022, 01625-232301, 01868-357149). No one could talk to the sister. Everyone gives wrong information. If the persons on that number could be identified, perhaps the sister and her child could be found.
