He made this comment at a dialogue titled 'Voices of Troubled Times: Dreams and Reality' organized by the Center for Governance Studies (CGS) at the Bangladesh Institute of International and Strategic Studies (BIISS) auditorium in Iskaton, capital on Saturday (21 September) morning.
Stating that the reform process has started, Rizwana Hasan said, there is no reason to think that the reform will be done as soon as the reform proposal comes. Then what should we do, what should be done, how to reach a political consensus. We have to do a lot of work on them, everyone has to do it together.
The advisor said, there are followers of fascism in every part of the society. As a result, it is not possible to change everything overnight. Living under party rule and fascism for so long, we have taken many things for granted.
He said, we want a society where justice will be done on time. As much as we criticize, be constructive, so that the focus is not lost.
He expressed hope that he would never have to see the mirror again.
