Sports Desk: India got a big win in the first of the two-match Test series against the visiting Bangladesh team. Rohit Sharma's team defeated the Tigers by 280 runs. After the first test, the hosts announced the team for the second test.

India did not make any changes to the team for the second Test. The Chennai Test team has been selected for the second Test. In a message sent to the media immediately after the end of the first Test, the BCCI said that the Chennai Test team is being nominated by the Indian Cricket Board for Kanpur. This was confirmed in a statement signed by BCCI Secretary Jai Shah.

However, the Kanpur Test may see changes in the starting XI. The second and final Test of the series will be held at Kanpur from September 27 to October 1. Both matches are part of the ICC Test Championship.
