This new directive will be implemented on those who are planning to perform the holy Hajj in the next Hajj i.e. 2025. Muslims wishing to perform Umrah will also fall under this. In this, they have given a message to people of several categories not to go for Hajj and Umrah.

According to the country's Ministry of Health, elderly people (aged 65 years and above), with long-term serious diseases such as heart disease, kidney, respiratory problems, diabetes, low immune system, cancer, very sick, pregnant women and children under 12 years old. They should drop their plans to perform Hajj and Umrah this year. News Khaleej Times.

The ministry said that only those who are healthy and physically fit should come for Hajj. Because next year Hajj will be held in the summer sun and heat. It is said there, since the Hajj has to be walked for about 25 kilometers, the Ministry of Health has said that the physical capacity must be there.


About 1,300 pilgrims have died while performing Hajj this year. Most of whom died walking in excessive heat. Saudi Arabia experienced unusually high temperatures when the Hajj was held this year.
