Jumbangla Desk : RAB has arrested the former Minister of State for Water Resources Colonel (Retd.) Zahid Farooq from Baridhara in the capital. This information was informed in a small message of RAB's law and media wing on Sunday afternoon.

Sheikh Hasina left the country by resigning from the post of Prime Minister on August 5 in the face of student uprising. Since then, Awami League government ministers, state ministers, members of parliament and leaders of Awami League's alliance partners have been arrested.
