Ibrahim Khalil, JOB Representative: Jagannath University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Jagannath University will do whatever it takes to build a corruption-free, transparent administration and student-friendly university. Rezaul Karim.
He said these things in an exchange meeting with the Jagannath University Journalists Association on Sunday (September 22).
The Vice-Chancellor said, we want to build a student-friendly university administration. It is everyone's job to see the advantages and disadvantages of the students. Whatever they need, accommodation, canteen, new campus, we will work on them.
Vice-Chancellor Rezaul Karim said, if any student ever goes to the desk of the officials for any work and sees no one, absent for unnecessary reasons, then action will be taken against them. The class representative will be requested to inform us if the teachers do not follow the routine.
The Vice-Chancellor also said that our challenge now is to restore the system. Our main goal is for students to get proper services and teachers to go to class.
Meanwhile, the vice-chancellor said about running circle bus for students, we have a plan to run hourly circle bus at Dhupkhola playground. And so that the students can catch the Metrorail anytime after the class, there is also a thought to run a continuous circle bus up to Gulistan Zero Point.
During the exchange of views, University Proctor Professor Dr. Muhammad Tajammul along with President of Journalist Association Mahmudul Hasan Tanveer and General Secretary Mamun Sheikh and other members were present.
