Sports Desk: The FIFA Club World Cup will be held in a new format from next year. In addition to the top European clubs, the best clubs from South America, Asia, Africa and North and Central America will also participate in the tournament.

Most of the clubs in the competition have already been selected. However, some clubs are still fighting for a place in the World Cup. Lionel Messi's current club Inter Miami is on the list.

The FIFA Club World Cup will be held in the United States next year. This tournament of 32 teams will be held in June-July. The 30 teams for the tournament have already been confirmed. Only two slots left.

One of them will be the 2024 Copa Libertadores winning team. And the other slot will be a place for a club from the host United States. Exactly how the rest of the host U.S. team will be selected is still uncertain.

Argentinian media TY Sports sees the opportunity to choose in two ways. And in that case, Leo Messi's club Inter Miami can be opened. A total of four teams from the CONCACAF region have qualified for the Club World Cup.

The clubs are - Monterrey, Seattle Sounders, Leon and Pachuca. A fifth club in the host nation may be selected based on the results of the Supporters' Shield Championship.

The team with the highest total points combined between the two conferences in a full season of LLS can advance to the World Cup. At the moment, Inter Miami is at the top of the Eastern and Western Conference.

They have collected 64 points with six matches left. Los Angeles Galaxy, who are in second place with one more game in hand, have collected 58 points. Cincinnati and Columbus Crew combined for 56 points in a tie.

Another option would be to take the winner of the MLS Cup. It is basically the final match between the champions of the Eastern Conference and the Western Conference. Messi's club is currently at the top of the Eastern Conference.

Next year, the Club World Cup will start on June 15 and continue until July 13. A maximum of 12 teams will participate in the tournament from Europe. The second maximum of 6 clubs will play from South America.

In addition, 4 clubs each from Asia, Africa and North America and the Caribbean will participate. The rest of the team will come from the Oceania region.
