Jumbangla Desk: The government has taken the initiative to update the information of educational institutions in all regions of the country. The Annual Educational Institution Survey-2024 will be conducted through the Bangladesh Bureau of Education Information and Statistics (BANBASE) of the Ministry of Education.

This information has been informed in the circular signed by the Director General (Additional Secretary) Mujibur Rahman of the institution.

According to the notification, educational institutions in 21 districts of Dhaka, Mymensingh and Sylhet regions will be closed from October 1 to October 8, in 21 districts of Comilla, Chittagong and Khulna education zones from October 9 to October 16, in 22 districts of Rajshahi, Rangpur and Barisal regions from October 17 to October 24, universities and English medium schools provide information update period from 1st to 31st October.

All post-primary educational institutions of the country are requested to visit Banbeis website (www.banbeis.gov.bd) and submit the information online within the said period.
