Jumbangla Desk: Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) has seized a consignment of Indian sugar worth about half a crore taka by searching the sand-filled truck on the Sylhet-Tamabil highway.

Lt. Col. Khondkar of Jokiganj Battalion (19 BGB) confirmed the matter in the media. Asadunnabi said the process of submitting the seized Indian sugar to the customs office is under process. Such operation of BGB will continue in border protection.
