After 12 thousand pilgrims reached the Mulund toll plaza, they appealed to the District Collector and other representatives to take action against Nitesh Rane and the religious leader for insulting religion. Later they left the area.

They started their march from Sambhajinagar in the name of 'Tiringa Constitution Rally'. Hundreds of vehicles from different parts of Marathwada come to Sambhajinagar to participate in the padayatra. They then started their journey towards Mumbai via Samriddhi Super Expressway. At this time, traffic on the road was stopped.


According to the police, this is the first traffic jam on the Samriddhi Expressway. This happened because hundreds of cars participated in the rally.

During the march, Imtiaz Jalil called for the arrest of Ramgiri Maharaj and Nitesh Rane and issued a stern warning against them for making negative comments about Islam.

In the end Imtiaz Jalil could not enter Mumbai with thousands of protesters due to police obstruction. About 3,000 policemen were deployed at the Mumbai entrance to stop them.

Joint Commissioner of Police (Law and Order) Satyanarayan Chowdhury said the situation was being monitored. On Monday night, they appealed to the government representatives and left the scene. About 2,000 vehicles participated in the protest. Besides, people from Dalit and Maratha community also participated with the worshippers.
