On Tuesday (September 24), the Army Chief visited the 24th Infantry Division and Chittagong Area.

At this time, the army chief said that the Bangladesh Army is continuing to improve the law and order situation in the country and to recover the weapons of the joint forces. Working impartially and professionally to prevent extrajudicial activities and uphold the rule of law.

During the visit, the Chief of Army Staff addressed all ranks of soldiers working in Chittagong Cantonment and gave a directive speech.

He then inspected the progress of construction of a multi-storied building of Army Medical College and planted trees.


Besides, he took the 'Officer's Address' for the army officers of all ranks. At the beginning of his valuable speech, he sought forgiveness for the death of martyred Lt. Tanzim Charwar and expressed his deepest condolences to the bereaved family.
