Jumbangla Desk: During the General Session of the United Nations on Tuesday, Bangladesh's chief advisor Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus paid a courtesy call on Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

In this brief meeting, the two leaders discussed ways to strengthen Bangladesh-Canada relations, expand civil liberties, institutional reforms and support Bangladesh's youth.

At this time, Prof. Yunus presented an art book called 'The Art of Triumph' to the Prime Minister of Canada, which contains graffiti painted by students and youth during and after the revolution in Bangladesh.

Prime Minister Trudeau praised Professor Yunus' leadership and assured cooperation in institutional reforms in Bangladesh.
