What Asif Nazrul said regarding the murder case against Zayed-Shaqib

Jumbangla Desk: After the fall of the Sheikh Hasina government on August 5, there have been one murder case after another. The star was not left out. They are directly or indirectly involved with Awami League politics. Some of them have also denied involvement in politics. On the other hand, many have questioned the direct involvement in the cases. Among them are cricketer and member of parliament Shakib Al Hasan and actor Zayed Khan.

Professor Asif Nazrul, adviser on law, justice and parliamentary affairs of this government, opened his mouth about the matter.

Dr. Asif Nazrul opened up about the case against these two stars in the New York based media program 'Dhikanay Khaled Muhyuddin'.

Journalist and program presenter Khaled Muhiuddin wanted to know if the same is happening this time like all the strange disappearance cases in the past.

In reply, Asif said, 'It is not possible to mention the names of all, but I remember the names of two people, Shakib and Zayed Khan. One thing must be understood here, it is the right of everyone (citizen) to file a case. All of these have been personal. If the police did it, it would be state. Has an arrest been made in these cases? Not arrested.'

In this regard, he said, if there is no person related to the incident, then he told the police to discourage filing a case.

Asif Nazrul said, FIR does not mean arrest. The police won't make arrests unless they find something credible, that's for sure. In fact, those who come to file a case, there is so much mob pressure, it is not to be said.

Incidentally, Shakib and Zayed were staying outside the country even before the fall of the government on August 5. It is said that the return of these two stars to the country is uncertain due to the case.
