Asif Nazrul commented that the case against Shakib is personal, it was not done by the state. According to him, when someone files a case, it is a human right to file a case. A person sued personally. These cases were not done by the police, if the police do, then you will understand that the state is involved in it. These cases are done privately.

He also said, I tried to tell everyone that FIR does not mean arrest. When some people contact us, this case should not be in his name. We work together with the Ministry of Home Affairs. We try to assure that the police will not arrest you unless they have credible information.
