According to the organization, the Directorate of Narcotics Control is also conducting a special operation across the country to eliminate drugs after the operation of the joint forces started on September 4. In the last 21 days, 3,397 raids were conducted and 846 people including 71 top drug dealers were arrested and a large quantity of drugs was seized. Among those arrested are 8 identified drug godfathers. A total of 762 cases have been filed during this time.

Narcotics Control Department also said that during the operation, 2 lakh 27 thousand 258 pieces of Yaba tablets, about 400 kg of Gaza, 2.665 kg of heroin, 1 kg of ice, 1 thousand 630 bottles of Phencidil, 1 thousand 78 bottles of various brands of Bilati liquor, 1 thousand 542 Cans of beer, 2 thousand 801 pieces of tapentadol tablets, 1 thousand 222 liters of distilled liquor, 2 thousand 742 ampoules of injection, one shotgun, nine rounds of bullets, nine different vehicles and cash amounting to Rs 17 lakh 17 thousand 770 were recovered and seized.
