Raw fish filling ingredients:

5-6 pieces of roe fish fillet, one chopped onion, one chopped tomato, 2 dry chillies, half teaspoon of whole cumin seeds, 1 tablespoon of mustard oil, 2-3 cloves of crushed garlic, little turmeric powder, salt to taste, little hot spices. powder, 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves, 1-2 chopped green chillies.

How to make Rui Fish Bharta:

Wash the fish pieces well and boil them in salt water. Remove all the bones from the fish. Heat oil in a pan and fry dry chillies. Fry whole cumin seeds and chopped onions in that oil.


When the onion is half fried, add the garlic cloves and the boiled fish and stir it a little. After that, mix well with chopped tomato, salt, turmeric powder. Break up the fish with a spoon.

After stirring for a while, you will see that the fish is fried, and the tomatoes are also melted. Now mix well with garam masala powder and take it down on a plate.
