Jumbangla Desk: The academic year 2024 academic year 6th to 9th class and annual examination will be held in the light of revised evaluation guidelines. However, the Madrasah and Technical Education specialized subjects and Class 10 evaluation will be held in the same manner as before. The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (MAUSI) has given this information in the guidelines for conducting assessment during learning and taking annual examinations.

It is said that in the light of the letter sent from NCTB, the short syllabus and sample question papers and handouts given in the general instructions and subject-wise instructions for the learning assessment and annual examination of the 6th to 9th classes of the academic year 2024 have already been sent to the educational institutions.

In the changed context of the last few months, class activities have been disrupted and it will not be possible to complete the classroom learning activities as per the short syllabus during the remainder of the academic year, it has been claimed by students-teachers and parents. Taking this into consideration, the educational institutions can take the annual exam by preparing the question paper based on the sample question paper and completing the short syllabus till the next annual examination.

However, earlier in a letter, the principals of the educational institutions have been requested to take the issue of taking the exam by completing this short syllabus as much as possible. In such a situation, all concerned are requested to take further action in the light of this matter.
